About the product

Process: This is our “sun-soaked” Colombia. We pick naturals that lean into ripe fruit and easy sweetness, but still taste clean and structured in the cup. It’s the one you reach for when you want a bit more character in your daily brew without having to think too hard about it.

Why we love it: Good Colombian naturals are like summer in a cup — juicy, colourful and super friendly. This coffee brings that vibrant fruit profile with a soft chocolate backbone, so it tastes great as a black filter and still holds its own with a splash of milk. It’s expressive but not loud, making it a perfect go-to single origin.

Tasting notes

  • Aroma: Ripe red berries, stone fruit and a little cocoa in the background.
  • Body: Juicy medium body — smooth, rounded and lightly syrupy.
  • Flavour: Strawberry and raspberry up front, moving into apricot/stone fruit and finishing with a gentle milk-chocolate note.
  • Sweetness: High, fruit-led sweetness — think berry compote and panela.
  • Acidity: Bright and juicy, more berry/citrus than sharp; refreshing and well balanced.
