This filter blend is unique as each component is roasted seperately and then mixed together after (known as post blending). The first coffee is a Colombian El Diviso Tabi which brings notes of warmelon and Stewed fruits. The second is a Grade 1 Ethiopian that provides the balance with its tasting notes of milk chocalate and light blueberry.
