Aroma: Jasmine florals, bergamot, and sweet citrus.

Body: Tea-like and silky — light to medium, super clean.

Flavour: Lemon and bergamot up front, white grape sweetness through the middle, finishing crisp and refreshing.

Sweetness: Clear, refined sweetness (white grape / light honey vibes).

Acidity: Bright, citrus-forward acidity — lively but not harsh.

Washed. Cherry is pulped at the local washing station, fermented and washed to remove mucilage, then slow-dried (often on raised beds) to maximise clarity, brightness, and a clean finish.

Region: Banko Gotiti, Gedeb (Yirgacheffe area), southern Ethiopia.

Farm / Producer: Smallholder farmers from the Banko Gotiti area contributing cherry to the local washing station/co-op.
